It would also help to ensure that they communicate with the entire organization about measures that must be adopted in this regard.
  2. Evaluate hazards: Just a quick gaze can’t be constituted as an evaluation of risks. It is imperative that the company formally evaluates the hazard scenario on the premises. You would also be wise to supplement a professional assessment with feedback from employees so that you can get a grassroots level assessment of risks and hazards at the workplace. And when you undertake each one of the two types mentioned above of evaluations, make sure that you differentiate the different types of risks.
